• Check-In Photos:  These are a required part of using the app and are used to track your progress. Photos are stored securely. Primeform will only access this part of the database to delete user files when requested and will never view the photos. They are never shared with third parties or coaches without your explicit consent.  You may request permanent deletion by contacting us at admin@primeform.app.
   
• Usage Data: How you use the app, including workouts logged, check-ins, and goals. This also includes check-in summaries generated by the AI coach and any meal plans or diets created for you.
   
• Device Information: Device type, OS version, app version, and crash data.
   
• Optional Data: Any messages you send to our in-app AI coach or support team.
   

3. How We Use Your Information
We use your data to:

• Deliver and personalise your training experience.
   
• Track progress and provide relevant recommendations.
   
• Improve app performance and user experience.
